Jeff spent over 25 years as a pastor where he worked with men, marriages and families by offering spiritual direction, coaching and practical equipping. He has a great interest in authentic relationships, emotionally healthy living and spiritual formation. He provides individual coaching, team consulting and executive coaching to leaders in different types of organizations and businesses.
Jeff earned two Masters Degrees from Wheaton Graduate School in New Testament Theology and Communication and has completed his course work in a Doctor of Ministry program with emphasis in pastoral counseling at Trinity Evangelical Divinity Seminary in Deerfield, Illinois. He has done additional training and education in the area of conflict resolution, leadership development and team building.
Jeff speaks frequently on the topics of marriage and family issues, men’s issues, conflict resolution, emotional and relational intelligence, and spiritual formation.

Lora earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton Graduate School and was in private practice for seven years. With the birth of their fourth child, Lora became a full-time mom for the next 13 years. During that time she stayed involved in the lives of other moms and women through many close friendships and mentoring relationships.
Lora is passionate about mentoring and coaching moms and young women. She provides excellent guidance and direction for women who are in times of transition with their families and children. She enjoys mentoring younger women as they find their voice and their place in the world and in relationships.
She and Jeff make their home in Franklin, Tennessee and are proud parents of four adult children and two grandchildren.
