More About Jeff
In his work with individuals and couples, Jeff draws off over 25 years as a pastor where he worked with men, marriages and families by offering spiritual direction, pastoral counseling and practical equipping. He has a great interest in authentic relationships, emotionally healthy living and spiritual formation.
As an executive coach and trainer, Jeff provides leadership development and training, team consulting and executive coaching to leaders in different types of organizations. His desire is to help leaders and their teams identify and maximize their gifts, strengths and passions in order to fulfill their vision and mission. Healthy people and healthy cultures lead to successful and productive individuals, relationships and teams.
Jeff earned two Masters Degrees from Wheaton Graduate School in New Testament Theology and Communication and has completed his course work in a Doctor of Ministry program with emphasis in pastoral counseling at Trinity Evangelical Divinity Seminary in Deerfield, Illinois. He has completed additional training and education in the areas of conflict resolution, leadership development and team building. Additionally, Jeff provides training and coaching using the MBTI, DiSC and Enneagram. Jeff speaks frequently on the topics of leadership development, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, marriage and family issues, men’s issues and spiritual formation.
Jeff and his wife, Lora, make their home in Franklin, Tennessee and are parents of four adult children, two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren. Jeff and Lora frequently speak together on topics related to marriage, parenting and the Enneagram. Together, they have co-authored several books including The 50 Fridays Marriage Challenge.
